Shipments will be shipped within 12 to 18 business days after credit card authorization is approved. Days of the week are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays
If the order is placed and a credit card authorization is released before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, the order will be processed the same day. If the order is placed after 12:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday, it will be processed on the following business day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse . In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.
Orders shipping information are able to be changed within 48 hours of order being placed. If it is not changed after the 48 hours we are unable to change the shipping destination address.
We use express courier service such as DHL and FedEx that are widely known for fast and secure shipping. You will receive a code to track the status of your order. The courier tracking number is provided by us on your email.
ontiga will send you a tracking code to remain updated with the progress of the shipment.
If any means, the order fails to arrive at the location. The amount will be returned or a replacement shipment will be sent accordingly.
You can also inform us about the late delivery by sending the tracking code to check the status further.
We are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
